If you placed the order in our online shop, please use the simple online process.
Procedure for online process
- Log into your customer account and click on "Order & Returns Manager".
- All your orders are listed in the "Order History". You can return all delivered items. All orders that have been completed and already dispatched have the status "Shipped".
- The items ordered including numbers are recorded in the 'Detailed Order' field. Select the corresponding item and click on 'return'. Please note: If the return consists of several items, you have to carry out this process repeatedly.
- Please let us know the numbers and the reason for return in the last section. You will then be asked whether the packaging is still intact and whether you require a replacement for the corresponding article(s). A service employee will contact you immediately when Distrelec receives the online form.
